The Old Stone House sits on one acre of established gardens. The main structure of the garden is reminiscent of a traditional English cottage with rows of roses, an avenue of rose arbors and sprawling, emerald lawns. The boundaries are lined with Cyprus pines and 135 year old Elm trees making the property a private retreat.
A new addition is the Japanese garden built by John and Debbie. The garden has a large pond with bridge overhead and traditional Japanese plants. Guests can sit in the tea house or pagoda, enjoy a chilled drink or afternoon tea and relax to the sound of the running waterfall.
Many of our guests choose this serene part of the garden to do yoga, tai chi or to meditate.
